Guests of BNI Connections
Thinking of visiting BNI Connections for a fantastic Thursday lunch? Please read this page to answer some questions you may have.
Where:
- We meet every Thursday for lunch from 12 noon - 1pm, with guest registration and informal networking starting at 11:45 am.
- Our meeting location is the Fish House in Stanley Park (click for directions).
- Parking is available at the restaurant ($6 per 2 hours), or, if you would like to get some fresh air, for free in the West End.
What to Bring:
- $23 cash or cheque (payable to BNI Connections) for a great lunch, tea & coffee from the Fish House set menu. Sorry, credit cards are not accepted.
- Lots of business cards (you will need at least 2 upon registering at the front desk)
- A prepared a 60 second 'infomercial' that tells us who you are, what you do and what your ideal referral is. And don't worry... members go first so you can see how it's done.
- Another friend or business partner, if you would feel more comfortable bringing your own guest!
What to Expect:
- Friendly people. You will be greated at the door by our friendly visitor hosts who will show you in and help you get comfortable.
- A group of 20 to 25 top level professionals from a variety of industries and professions. You will have time before and after the meeting to network and make connections with them.
- An Education. Each week we share a tip on networking or business. development. We also get the opportunity to hear one members make a 10 minute presentation on their company and services.
- To have fun. Guests routinely comment on our positive energy and the way we truly support each other's businesses.
